We offer many classes to meet the needs of Baltimore's Youth, and to build a safe supportive community within or gym walls. From individuals to organizations, we would love to work with you toward getting your goals!
Choose from the 3 options below!
Option 1: Youth Classes
- Open Gym Sessions (ages 14-24) are held Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, start at 3pm and end at 6pm
- Middle School Sessions (ages 11-13) are held Thursday 3:00-4:00pm
Option 2: Training for your Organization
Do you have a group that you'd like to bring to our gym to get stronger and encourage teamwork? We have hosted multiple organizations including:
- Baltimore Police Department Bridge Program
- Living Classrooms
- Baltimore Child Abuse Center

Option 3: Community Classes and Personal Training
These classes support our coaches that volunteer their time for our youth classes and community outreach!
