MissionFit Classes

We offer many classes to meet the needs of Baltimore's Youth, and to build a safe supportive community within our gym walls. From individuals to organizations, we would love to work with you toward getting your goals. 

  1. Every single one of these classes is free to Baltimore residents between the ages of 11-24! Strengthening Baltimore's youth is our mission. 
  2. For everyone else, we have drop-ins and donation based classes. Your participation strengthens our inclusive community and supports our sustainability.

Sunday 

  • 9am-11am Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 

  • 2pm-3pm Complex Club with David Stewart

Monday

  • 7pm-8pm Complex Club with David Stewart

Tuesday

  • 6pm-8pm Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 
  • New Class coming soon! Maces, Clubs and Flows oh my!

Wednesday 

  • 6pm-7pm Striking with Coach Will McCrory $10
  • 7pm-8:30pm Charm City Movement collective with Parth Naik $15

Thursday

  • 3pm-4pm Middle School and High School only!
  • 6:15pm-7:30pm Baltimore Free Yoga
  • 7pm-8:30pm Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 
  • 7:30pm-8:30 Complex Club with David Stewart

  • 10:15am-11:15am Community Yoga is here!  We have a revolving cast of fantastic Yoga Instructors to bring our community together with one more style of movement practice. 

It is as simple as showing up and ringing the doorbell.
