MissionFit Classes

We offer many classes to meet the needs of Baltimore's Youth, and to build a safe supportive community within our gym walls. From individuals to organizations, we would love to work with you toward getting your goals. 

  1. Every single one of these classes is free to Baltimore residents between the ages of 11-24! Strengthening Baltimore's youth is our mission. 
  2. For everyone else, we have drop-ins and donation based classes. Your participation strengthens our inclusive community and supports our sustainability. 

Current Schedule (as of 10/4)

Sunday 

  • 8:30am-10:30am Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 

Monday

Tuesday

  • 6pm-8pm Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 

Wednesday 

  • 6pm-7pm Striking with Coach Will McCrory $10
  • 7pm-8:30pm Movement with Parth Naik $15

Thursday

  • 3pm-4pm Middle School and High School only!
  • 7pm-8:30pm Strength Club with Coach GB (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity.

  • 8am-9am Heart Healthy Initiative with Coach Anthony Sutton $10
  • 9am-10am HitFit with Coach Steve McGill $10 
  • 10am-11am Community Yoga is here!  The first 6 weeks will be taught by Remington neighbor, Laura White. After that we will have a revolving cast of fantastic Yoga Instructors to bring our community together with one more style of movement practice. 

It is as simple as showing up and ringing the doorbell.
