MissionFit Classes

We offer many classes to meet the needs of Baltimore's Youth, and to build a safe supportive community within our gym walls. From individuals to organizations, we would love to work with you toward getting your goals. 

  1. Every single one of these classes is free to Baltimore residents between the ages of 11-24! Strengthening Baltimore's youth is our mission.

  2. For everyone else, we have drop-ins and donation based classes. Your participation strengthens our inclusive community and supports our sustainability.

Current Schedule

Sunday 

  • 9am-11am Strength Club (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity. 

Monday

  • 7pm-8pm Core Control with Coach Adam $15 or $10 for MissionFit supporters

Tuesday

  • 6pm-8pm Strength Club (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity.

Wednesday 

  • 5pm-6pm Community Yoga with Brian $5 minimum donation

  • 6pm-7pm Striking with Coach Will McCrory $10

  • 7pm-8:30pm Charm City Movement collective with Parth Naik $15

Thursday

  • 5pm-8pm Strength Club (Donation Based). Progressive strength training programmed for your specific goals, injury prevention, and longevity.

  • 6:15pm-7:30pm Baltimore Free Yoga

  • 8am-9am Heart Healthy Initiative with Coach Anthony Sutton $10

  • 9am-10am HitFit with Coach Steve McGill $10
