Hey Baltimore neighbor! Isn't it about time we opened our doors to you to welcome you into our space? All those burning questions can get answered, and you might realize that we offer more than you think.
All you have to do is show up with your curiosity and positivity!

MEGSQUATS, your strong strong friend, is presenting a powerlifting seminar, with Meg graciously donating the proceeds to MissionFit, a non-profit gym for Baltimore's youth.
Meg, a top USAPL 63 kg competitor, will be demoing and teaching the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift in this interactive coaching seminar.
- Check-ins: 10:30-11am
- Seminar runs 11-4pm
This is for all levels! Join us, and other awesome lifters, to improve on your awesomeness, whilst simultaneously benefitting an organization dedicated to Strengthening Baltimore's Youth!
Last year you told us that our Bartender Bash was sooooo much fun, and you haven't stopped asking us when the next one will be. Good news, we have a date. Put February 10th on your calendar as a night to bring someone special to MissionFit to enjoy custom cocktails made by local bartenders, and good eats!

Honoring Russell Hopewell, teacher, mentor, pioneer, and inspiration to the Baltimore Community for over 50 years. Show your love and support for this legend, while at the same time supporting Baltimore's youth training at MissionFit. Your admission goes directly to day to day operations; rental and insurance, costs are our largest expenses and your support keeps our youth programming running.
Early Bird - $60.00 Your ticket gets you admission to an amazing space, food provided by Porks and Rec, beer, wine and soda, and the camaraderie of friends.
Group sales/8 tickets - $450.00 This option will guarantee you a table for you and your guests.
Baltimore Child Abuse Center is partnering with MissionFit to offer Darkness to Light to all professionals and community members. MissionFit is a local gym whose mission is to build community among our city's youth. They foster self confidence and strength in their gym using physical fitness.
Darkness to Light Stewards of Children is the leading evidence based child sexual abuse prevention program in the country. The training program aims to empower adults to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Darkness to Light is open to anyone who wants to make a difference in their community.
